1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (Change of Mind)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of the date the order was delivered to your address.

  • Conditions: The product must be in its original, perfect condition, showing no signs of use.

  • Packaging: It is mandatory that the item is returned in its original packaging to ensure protection during transit.

  • Exclusions: Please note that Custom Art Commissions are personalized and unique; therefore, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once the painting process has started.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Every piece of art is carefully inspected and packed in a protective tube before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Notification: Please email [email protected] within 30 days of receipt.

  • Evidence: Include your full name, order number, and clear photos/videos of the damage or defect.

  • Resolution: After analyzing the case, we may offer a full refund or a replacement (reprint) at no additional cost, depending on the situation.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

  • Change of Mind: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including international freight, insurance, and any potential customs duties or taxes.

  • Defects: If a return is required due to a defect confirmed by our team, shipping costs will be discussed and handled on a case-by-case basis (typically covered by the store or resolved via a new shipment).

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

Before shipping any item back, you must contact us at [email protected] to receive specific instructions.

  • Important: Do not ship items back without prior authorization. International returns require specific customs documentation to avoid being blocked or taxed at the Brazilian border.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
